Hours of Operation
8:00am - 5:00pm at our Sitka and Little Tree Centres
8:00am - 4:30pm at our Babybird and Big Tree Centres
We provide child care from 8:00am - 5:00pm (8:00am - 4:30pm at Babybird and Big Tree), Monday to Friday, with the exception of statutory holidays, including Boxing Day. Hours of care are contracted from child to child, and some special circumstances or schedules may be considered.
We follow the SD61 holiday closure schedule. We close for the 2 week Winter Break, the second week of Spring Break and the last week of August every year.
Things To Pack
Please ensure that your wee one is sent with boots and a muddy buddy, as we will still be exploring in the drizzle! Sunscreen and a hat please for sunny days! An extra set of clothes is always great in case there are any accidents along the way. We offer 1 healthy, mostly organic snacks per day, so please pack a nice whole food lunch each day. We would also like you to send a family picture for us to keep at the center. Each child will be provided sheets for their nap mat, but a blanket and small pillow should be provided by parents to provide coziness and comfort! I suggest the little $7 cot pillow at Ikea if you happen to be in Vancouver or are doing an order.
